InHerStrength 6 Week Guide

This 6 week program is designed for anyone looking to become stronger both physically and mentally. It’s created with beginners in mind, but easily modifiable to increase difficulty. The combination of strength training, HIIT workouts, and cardio will allow growth in cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength while also shedding excess body fat. The daily and weekly trackers will allow you to dig deeper in your mental and emotional wellness, helping you live your happiest and healthiest lifestyle!

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 6 workouts per week for 6 weeks = a total of 36 different workouts

  • Workout split: 2 upper body days w/ cardio + 2 lower body days + 1 full body day + 1 optional cardio day

  • Duration of workouts: 45-60 min

  • Other resources: weekly planner, meal planner, daily AND weekly wellness tracker

  • Access to private FB group
