This is designed for anyone looking to supplement full body workouts into their workout routine!

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 30 different days of my AMRAP style full body workouts

  • No gym machines

  • Beginner or advanced levels

  • Doable at home or in the gym.

Recommended equipment: dumbbells, kettlebell, weighted plate, barbell, bosu ball, medicine ball, swiss ball, bench/chair, resistance bands

*Equipment is only recommended. If you do not have access to all of these, substitutions are easy!
